Summary:
As a Large Language Model Architect, you will be responsible for architecting large language models that can effectively process and generate natural language. Your typical day will involve designing neural network parameters and working with extensive datasets to ensure optimal performance and accuracy in language processing tasks. You will collaborate with various teams to refine model architectures and enhance their capabilities, contributing to innovative solutions in the field of natural language processing.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Mentor junior professionals in best practices and model development.
- Continuously evaluate and improve model performance based on feedback and new research.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models.
- Strong understanding of neural network architectures and their applications.
- Experience with natural language processing techniques and tools.
- Familiarity with data preprocessing and augmentation methods.
- Ability to analyze and interpret model performance metrics.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Large Language Models.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
