Lead Business Analyst - RPA and Process Consulting

Years of BA Experience: 5+ years in the field of Business Analysis, Process Consulting, Project Co-ordination / Management

3+ years in the field of RPA as a BA

Core Competencies: Knowledge of BlurPrism, RPA feasibility study, Stakeholder Mapping; As-Is Process Analysis; To-Be Process Design, Project Management Activities

BPM Tool Proficiency: Tools like ARIS / MS Visio

JD:

• Hands-on experience in process assessment and feasibility studies for RPA
• Adept in interacting with customers to understand and investigate business processes
• Experience to create Business Requirements Document (BRD), Functional Specifications Document (FSD), Nonfunctional Requirements Document and Use Cases Specifications
• Well versed in Requirements/Change Management, Impact Analysis and Gap Analysis
• Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving skills, Multi-Tasking abilities, with proven experience in utilizing people and process knowledge to assist enterprises in making critical decisions.
• Hands-on experience in using BPM tools such as ARIS / MS Visio
• Good understanding of Business Process Management (BPM) Lifecycle and concepts
• Very Strong Business Process Modeling experience using models within BPM tools
• Contribute to the design, development and testing of RPA processes
• Participate in the evaluation and testing of hardware and software platforms
• Write technical guides for internal and external users
• Work closely with teams internally to ensure alignment and coordination across operations as part of the seamless implementation of RPA processes
• Facilitate and Lead requirements gathering /process design workshops with very large groups of SME’s and business teams.
• Responsible for investigation of AS-IS processes and designed/suggest the Improved stack TO-BE Operational Model processes based on the GAP Analysis and Problem Identification
• Defining Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and identifying Critical Success Factors (CSI’s) for the processes from an RPA standpoint

  Experience Required:

  • Strong experience of working as a Business Analysts for RPA projects
  • Strong experience in conducting RPA feasibility assessment and analysis
  • Good understanding of RPA tools like  BluePrism and Automation Anywhere , UiPath
  • Identifying problems and proposing solutions for process improvement
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Willingness to travel to other places, if required
  • Interacting with clients and stakeholders on regular basis and review automation performance
  • Assist project manager in project management activities (planning, efforts estimation, scheduling, project change management, scoping, project monitoring, risk management, etc.)
  • Experience of working and coordinating with across various groups, leading cross-functional teams, including: production support staff, management, software developers, customer representatives, quality assurance engineers and testers
