Key Responsibilities

• Build and enhance automation workflows using Ansible / AWX and integrate them with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems.

• Develop reusable scripts and modules using PowerShell, Python, and Bash to standardize infrastructure operations and reduce manual effort.

• Integrate automation with CI/CD pipelines, source control (Git), and operational tooling to enable repeatable, testable deployments.

• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, and Platform Engineering teams to embed security, compliance, and resiliency controls into automation.

• Troubleshoot automation failures, perform root‑cause analysis, and continuously improve reliability and performance of automation platforms.

• Strong understanding of AWX‑based automation execution models and callback/plugin‑driven data collection

• Understanding working with event‑driven architectures (e.g., Kafka‑based ingestion pipelines) and downstream data persistence and reporting layers.

• Maintain high‑quality technical documentation, runbooks, standards, and reusable automation patterns.

• Experience collaborating with reporting and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI) to translate raw automation data into actionable productivity insights.
