Key Responsibilities
Build and enhance automation workflows using Ansible / AWX and integrate them with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems.
Develop reusable scripts and modules using PowerShell, Python, and Bash to standardize infrastructure operations and reduce manual effort.
Integrate automation with CI/CD pipelines, source control (Git), and operational tooling to enable repeatable, testable deployments.
Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, and Platform Engineering teams to embed security, compliance, and resiliency controls into automation.
Troubleshoot automation failures, perform root‑cause analysis, and continuously improve reliability and performance of automation platforms.
Strong understanding of AWX‑based automation execution models and callback/plugin‑driven data collection
Understanding working with event‑driven architectures (e.g., Kafka‑based ingestion pipelines) and downstream data persistence and reporting layers.
Maintain high‑quality technical documentation, runbooks, standards, and reusable automation patterns.
Experience collaborating with reporting and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI) to translate raw automation data into actionable productivity insights.
