Job Description
Job Title: Liaisoning Manager cum Acquisition Assistant
Job Overview : We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Liaisoning Manager cum Acquisition Assistant to manage coordination with government authorities, support acquisition activities, and ensure smooth documentation and compliance processes. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, follow-up, negotiation, and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Key ResponsibilitiesLiaisoning & CoordinationCoordinate with government departments, municipal authorities, and regulatory bodies for approvals, permits, and licenses.
- Handle documentation, registrations, NOCs, and compliance-related formalities.
- Maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, consultants, and officials.
- Follow up on approvals, submissions, and project-related permissions.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Acquisition SupportAssist in property/business acquisition processes and documentation.
- Coordinate with brokers, clients, vendors, and internal departments.
- Conduct basic market research and collect relevant acquisition data.
- Schedule meetings, site visits, and follow-up communications.
- Maintain records, reports, agreements, and acquisition-related files.
- Administrative ResponsibilitiesPrepare reports, correspondence, and status updates for management.
- Maintain proper filing and tracking of documents.
- Support management in operational and administrative tasks.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned responsibilities and deadlines.
- RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Law, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in liaisoning, acquisitions, administration, or coordination roles.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of regulatory procedures and documentation processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Preferred SkillsStrong networking and coordination abilities
- Attention to detail and documentation skills
