  • Check and verify customer loan documents.
  • Prepare loan files and maintain proper records.
  • Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for loan processing.
  • Update loan status and maintain data in the system.
  • Follow up with telecallers and customers for pending documents.
  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of loan files.
