Job Description

🔹 Job Profile:


We are looking for candidates with experience in Home Loan, Mortgage, Banking, NBFC, or Financial Services Sales.


✅ Candidate Requirements:


• 1–2 years of relevant sales experience

• Experience in Home Loan / Mortgage / Banking / NBFC / Financial Services

• Experience in sourcing business through Open Market

• Experience working with Builders, DSAs & Channel Partners preferred

• Good communication and customer-handling skills

• Strong sales and business development skills

• Ability to achieve monthly targets

• Local market knowledge will be an advantage


🎯 Key Responsibilities:


• Generate leads for Home Loan/Mortgage products

• Source business through open market and referral channels

• Build relationships with builders, DSAs and channel partners

• Handle customers from lead generation to loan processing

• Coordinate with credit and operations teams

• Follow up with customers for required documents

• Achieve monthly business and disbursement targets
