Pinnacle Workspaces Operations & Management:

• Serving as the primary point of contact by answering calls, managing messages, and

assisting prospective clients.

• Managing the full cycle of tenant onboarding and offboarding, ensuring a smooth

transition for all members.

• Fostering a vibrant collaborative environment by organizing community engagement

initiatives and networking events.

• Ensuring all members adhere to workspace policies and enforcing house rules to

maintain a productive environment.

• Handling basic IT and equipment troubleshooting (such as network connectivity or

printing issues) and escalating to external vendors as needed.

• Tracking inventory and ensuring the timely restocking of essential supplies for the

pantry, restrooms, and general office use.

• Supervising support staff, including housekeeping and security personnel, to maintain

high standards of service.

• Managing physical and digital access control for all members and staff.

• Collaborating with the Marketing Planner, providing actionable feedback to continuously

optimize our marketing strategies.

• Creating and maintaining accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports regarding income,

expenses, and sales.

• Maintaining a comprehensive vendor directory for all facility repairs and office

operations.

• Strategizing, planning, and executing improvements to drive sales and reduce

operational costs.

• Setting up and managing a customer grievance system to ensure high tenant

satisfaction.

• Following up on billing, invoicing, and timely payment collection.
