Job DescriptionWe are hiring a Warehouse & Inventory Executive for our baby clothing and newborn essentials brand.

The candidate will be responsible for managing daily warehouse operations, inventory maintenance, stock arrangement, dispatch support, and ensuring proper product handling.

This is a long-term stable role for someone who is organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.

Key ResponsibilitiesInventory Management

• Maintain accurate stock records
• Daily stock counting and reconciliation
• Update inventory in Excel
• Identify stock mismatch and report immediately

Warehouse & Racking

• Arrange products SKU-wise on racks
• Keep warehouse organized and clean
• Proper labeling and product placement
• Ensure easy product accessibility

Order Handling

• Pick products as per online/offline orders
• Coordinate with packing team
• Verify quantities before dispatch

Stock Movement

• Manage inward and outward stock entries
• Handle material shifting within warehouse
• Support stock loading/unloading

Dispatch Coordination

• Prepare orders for dispatch
• Coordinate with operations team
• Ensure dispatch readiness on time

Quality & Accuracy

• Check product quantity and condition
• Maintain error-free stock handling

• Required SkillsBasic Excel knowledge

• Responsible and sincere
• Physically active for warehouse handling
• Attention to detail

• Preferred CandidateExperience in warehouse / inventory / dispatch work
