Manager, Product ManagementOverview
The Advanced Analytics group within Business & Market Insights drives Credit Risk solutions and products that are globally scalable and provide value to the various parts of the credit lifecycle value chain.
Developing relevant solutions that solve our customer’s credit risk problems while leveraging Mastercard assets is a key differentiator to grow revenue for our retail and commercial clients. To this end, developing and managing a suite of product solutions through internal and external partnerships, creative constructs, solid frameworks, and executable roadmaps are crucial drivers for commercialization and business impact.
Role:
• Collaborate and partner closely with the Consumer Credit Analytics team to support global product development and GTM efforts.
• Leverage Mastercard data to quickly identify Pproduct performance challenges, creating proactive plans to drive usage and revenues. Use data-driven analysis to prioritize resources to deliver against the plan
• Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning by leveraging the learning & development curriculum to augment existing knowledge, skills and experiences
• Leverage the Mastercard product management framework to manage the delivery of ongoing innovation and enhancements to focus Products
• Build awareness of Mastercard's broader product offerings and the ability to leverage capabilities from other business areas to augment Product capabilities

•Understanding of credit risk and Mastercard’s larger product ecosystem, current market pain points, opportunities and emerging technologies and trends
•Exhibit ownership, agility, and a strong entrepreneurial mindset, taking initiative and driving results in a fast-paced, evolving market.
•Experience conducting data analysis, business case building and testing new product concepts
•Have a creative mindset with the ability to craft and deliver compelling narrative and storytelling that resonate with diverse audiences
