Job Description

Job Title: Production Executive / Operator – Curd Division

Industry : Dairy Industry  

Location: Ranjangaon

Bus and Canteen : Yes


Experience: 6 months to 5 years


Qualification:

Diploma in Dairy Technology / B.Tech in Dairy Technology


Job Summary:

We are looking for a Production Executive / Operator for the Curd Division to manage day-to-day production activities and ensure quality and hygiene standards.


Key Responsibilities:


Handle curd production process as per SOP

Monitor fermentation, batching, and packing

Maintain hygiene and quality standards (FSSAI norms)

Operate and maintain production equipment

Ensure timely production with minimal wastage

Maintain production records


Requirements:


Experience in dairy/food industry preferred

Basic knowledge of fermentation/curd process

Willing to work in shifts
