E-Commerce Manager

We are hiring an E-Commerce Head (E-Commerce Manager) based in Pune to lead and scale our online business across marketplaces and D2C platforms. This role is suited for a results-driven professional who can take full ownership of revenue, profitability, and end-to-end digital commerce operations. The E-Commerce Head will be responsible for driving online sales growth across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and the company’s own website, while optimizing the entire customer journey from discovery to conversion. Key responsibilities include managing marketplace operations, planning and executing high-impact sales campaigns, improving conversion rates, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The role also involves analyzing performance data, generating actionable insights, and continuously refining strategies to maximize ROI and profitability. The candidate will lead a team and work closely with cross-functional departments such as marketing, supply chain, and technology to ensure smooth execution of e-commerce initiatives. Ideal candidates should have 5–8 years of experience in e-commerce or digital sales, with a strong track record of scaling online revenue, managing marketplace platforms, and driving business growth. Hands-on experience with Amazon, Flipkart, or D2C platforms is essential, along with strong analytical, strategic, and leadership skills. Candidates with an MBA in Marketing, E-Commerce, or Digital Business will be preferred.
