Job Summary:
As a Manager/Sr. Manager – CFS Service Sales, you will be responsible for driving service sales across West India for Controls (BMS), Fire Detection & Suppression, and Security Systems. You will collaborate with internal teams and customers to deliver tailored solutions, meet sales targets, and grow our service business.
What will you do?
- Lead service sales for systems including Access Control, CCTV, Fire Detection (Conventional/Addressable), BMS, Fire Suppression (Gas-based), VESDA, Water Leak Detection, Rodent Repellent, Flap/Boom Barriers, UVSS, IoT, and Parking Management.
- Engage with Field Operations to understand site requirements and prepare cost-effective proposals.
- Drive customer negotiations and close orders efficiently.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline (5x of target) and ensure timely order conversion.
- Comply with internal sales processes and documentation standards.
- Explore new business opportunities and strengthen customer relationships.
What we look for?
- BE/B.Tech (Mechanical, Industrial Engg, Electrical & Electronics, Production Engg)
- 7–15 years of experience in service/project sales in building technologies.
- Strong commercial and technical acumen.
- Proven contract and sales negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
