In this role, you will:

Driving manufacturing excellence LEAN, Reliability, LSS & Zero loss with 4 plants across ISEA and coaching them on the POWERUP journey. Deliverable- OEE-85%+, Waste-<1%, myVoice -80%+

• Proactively explore strategic and tactical opportunities for the sites and across supply chain.

• Initiate and participate in strategic discussions. Represents Operations in strategic initiatives, providing the necessary input and analytics around business intelligence.

• Create a Continuous Improvement Culture within the Pune, SriCity, Binh Doung & Tuas Plant teams.

• Formulate, develop and drive strategic opportunities supported by digital analysis and dashboards to deliver improved costs and efficiencies

• Develop and implement best practice management, encompassing LEAN methodology in the areas of Capital and Expensed Projects.

• Capital plans forecasting and consolidation for the cluster, including staged development.

• Drive lean practices in project management across the entire facilities, by driving behavioral change that embraces Lean principles.

• Develop a sense of belonging by creating a workplace that encourages high engagement ownership, accountability and maximizes the capabilities of team and individuals."
