Marketing Assistant (Product Marketing)

About the Role

Join our Product Marketing team where you’ll learn to connect content, sales enablement, and product strategy. Key Responsibilities

 Strategic Content & Campaign Support

• Assist in creating and updating product marketing materials that support our strategic goals.
• Work with senior team members to develop messaging that helps customers understand and adopt our products.
• Support campaign execution in partnership with the Demand Marketing team.

 Sales Enablement Platform Support

• Help manage our Sales Enablement platform (Showpad), including organizing content and supporting user engagement.
• Participate in training sessions and help users navigate the platform.
• Learn to analyze content performance and suggest improvements.

Event & Collateral Coordination

• Support the creation of event pages, marketing collateral, and agendas for global events.
• Ensure materials are delivered on time and meet brand standards.

Brand Consistency

• Help maintain a consistent tone and visual style across presentations, reports, and web content.
• Contribute to rebranding efforts during mergers and acquisitions.

Culture & Well-being Advocacy

• Be part of a team that values inclusion and well-being.
• Support initiatives that promote a positive and psychologically safe work environment.

Ideal Candidate

• A recent graduate or early-career professional in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Strong writing and organizational skills
• Eager to learn and contribute in a collaborative environment
• Interest in product marketing, branding, and campaign strategy
• Familiarity with tools like PowerPoint, Excel, or basic CMS platforms is a plus
