Job Type: Full-Time (Work from Office)
Salary: ₹15000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives
About the Role
We are looking for energetic and confident Sales Manager to join our growing team in Kharadi, Pune. If you have strong communication skills and enjoy interacting with customers, this is a great opportunity to build your career in sales and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients
- Explain services/products in a clear and professional manner
- Generate and qualify leads
- Follow up with interested customers
- Maintain accurate call records and reports

- Good communication skills (Hindi/English; Marathi is a plus)
- Basic computer knowledge
