Medical Record / Health Informatics Executive

Role & responsibilities:

As an MRD/ART Coordinator, your job is to make sure all the documents related to any medical treatment/legal consents etc. are completed and maintained in a timely manner. Following are the job responsibilities for this profile:

1. Making sure all the PCPNDT reports/forms are filled on a daily basis and maintaining the records.

2. Making sure the PCPNDT report is submitted to the PCPNDT department every month on time.

3. As an ART coordinator, your responsibility is to ensure all the legal consents and documents are taken from patients who are taking ART treatment at the hospital, on time and maintained properly.

4. prepare the complete MRD File of every patient who’s any kind of procedure (i.e. Ovum Pickup Procedure, Hysteroscopy, Laparoscopy etc.) is planned and submit the same to the IPD department before the procedure starts.

5. Making sure all the documents and information sheets in the MRD file have been filled properly and signed by the respective person.

6. Collecting all the MRD files at the end of the day and storing them in a structural manner.
