MIS Executive

Job Title: MIS Executive Department: Sales / Commercial Operations Industry: FMCG

Role Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented MIS Executive to support our FMCG sales operations. In this role, you will manage our Sales Force Automation (SFA) systems, track critical business metrics, and ensure seamless communication between our field sales force and company management.

Key Responsibilities:

• SFA Tool Administration: Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Sales Force Automation (SFA) tool, ensuring optimal functionality, user compliance, and troubleshooting basic system issues.
• KPI Reporting & Analysis: Generate, format, and share accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on core Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as sales targets, market coverage, and team productivity.
• Data Collection & Follow-up: Proactively follow up with the on-ground sales team and regional managers to ensure timely, accurate data entry and report submissions.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between upper management and the sales force, facilitating the flow of information regarding targets, schemes, updates, and on-ground feedback.
• Data Integrity: Maintain and clean sales databases regularly to ensure management has access to reliable data for strategic decision-making.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in an MIS, Data Analyst, or Sales Administration role (FMCG experience is highly preferred).
• Hands-on experience operating SFA, DMS (Distributor Management Systems), or CRM tools.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, advanced formulas).
• Strong communication skills with a persistent but professional approach to following up with field teams.
