🏢 Job Overview
Role: Infra Coordinator (Back Office)
Location: Koregaon Park, Pune 📍
Salary: Upto ₹25,000 NTH (Net Take Home) 💰
Preference: Female candidates preferred 👩💼
📋 Key Responsibilities
Data Management: Maintain and update MIS reports for branch infrastructure and expansion projects.
Internal Coordination: Work closely with Zonal Infrastructure, Procurement, Billing, and Finance teams.
Vendor Management: Liaise with external vendors for timely delivery of materials and services.
Project Tracking: Track timelines, escalate delays, and assist with documentation and approvals.
Reporting: Provide regular project status updates to the Project Manager.
🎓 Qualifications & Experience
Education: Graduate in any discipline (MS Office certification is a plus).
Experience: 2–3 years in back-office coordination, MIS management, or infra support.
Banking/NBFC/Financial Services experience is a big plus!
🛠️ Skills Required
Advanced Excel: Strong proficiency in Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis.
Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills.
Multi-tasking: Ability to smoothly coordinate across multiple teams.
