Your key responsibilities

• Work with business users to gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Understanding of business processes, workflows, and industry-specific knowledge to align solutions with organisational goals and strategies
• Analyse complex data sets, identify patterns, and derive meaningful insights to support decision-making and problem-solving
• Expertise in gathering and documenting detailed business requirements, creating functional specifications, and user stories
• Assist in database design and data warehousing
• Identify issues, evaluate alternatives, and propose innovative solutions to address business challenges
• Skill in managing relationships and expectations among diverse stakeholders, including clients, users, developers, and management
• Ability to adapt to changing project scopes, priorities, and timelines while remaining focused on delivering quality outcomes

What You'll Do

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand, document, and prioritize requirements for EPM and regulatory projects.
• Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable functional and technical specifications.
• Support analysis of current processes, identify gaps, and design improved workflows using process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN).
• Collaborate with solution architects, developers, and QA teams to ensure requirements are implemented accurately and efficiently.
• Support regulatory change initiatives by interpreting compliance requirements and embedding them into technology solutions
• Facilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Track project progress, manage change requests, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Maintain documentation and knowledge repositories for future reference and audits.

Your skills and experience

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst with excellent understanding of Enterprise Process Management and related NFRM requirements
• Good experience in writing database queries
• Rich Experience with working on regulatory reporting requirements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate complex data in a simple, actionable way
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
• Strong understanding of Enterprise Process Management frameworks and tools.
• Experience working on regulatory compliance projects (e.g., data privacy, financial regulations, industry-specific mandates).
• Proficiency in process mapping, requirements elicitation, and documentation.
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar.
• Excellent communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to break down complex problems into actionable solutions.
