Office Boy

• Maintain cleanliness of office premises.
• Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors.
• Handle office cleaning and housekeeping activities.
• Assist with photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
• Deliver and collect documents, parcels, and office materials when required.
• Purchase office supplies and maintain stock records.
• Support staff with day-to-day office tasks.
• Ensure meeting rooms and work areas are kept neat and organized.
• Assist in loading/unloading and shifting office items when required.

Requirements:

• Basic reading and writing skills.
• Honest, punctual, and hardworking.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks.
• Previous office boy/helper experience preferred but not mandatory.
