Position - Office Executive – MD's Office
Department - Managing Director's Office
Reporting to - Managing Director
Job Summary
We are looking for a smart, proactive, and highly organized Office Executive to support the Managing Director in both professional and personal assignments. The role requires excellent coordination, documentation, follow-up, confidentiality, and multitasking skills to ensure smooth execution of day-to-day activities.
Key Responsibilities
l Assist the Managing Director in day-to-day professional and personal assignments.
l Coordinate meetings, appointments, travel, and event arrangements.
l Prepare reports, presentations, letters, and documents using MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
l Track and follow up on assigned tasks with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders.
l Maintain confidential files, records, and important documents.
l Coordinate family events, personal appointments, and special assignments as instructed by the Managing Director.
l Handle communication with vendors, consultants, and service providers.
l Maintain calendars, reminders, and schedules to ensure timely execution of commitments.
l Organize business and personal travel, hotel bookings, and itineraries.
l Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, and MIS reports.
l Perform miscellaneous assignments and special projects as delegated by senior management.
Eligibility
l Graduate in any discipline
l 1–5 years of experience in Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Office Executive, or Coordination roles.
l Fresh graduates with exceptional communication and organizational skills may also apply.
