Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager who can manage business operations, department coordination, vendor management, process implementation, internal reporting, office administration, and cross-functional execution.
The candidate will work closely with the CEO and department heads to ensure smooth daily operations, timely execution of tasks, proper follow-ups, performance tracking, vendor coordination, internal communication, and process discipline across the organization.
This is a leadership role for someone who can bring structure, accountability, reporting discipline, and execution control into a fast-growing organization.
Roles & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily business operations and ensure smooth coordination between departments
- Coordinate with HR, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Tech, Admin, and other internal teams
- Conduct weekly department reviews and track action items until closure
- Prepare and maintain department-wise reports, scorecards, task trackers, and follow-up sheets
- Support the CEO/management team with daily updates, escalations, and decision-ready summaries
- Manage vendor coordination, vendor database, quotations, negotiations, renewals, and service follow-ups
- Build and maintain SOPs for recurring business processes
- Ensure proper documentation of internal processes, reports, approvals, and operational workflows
- Monitor team productivity, task completion, punctuality, reporting discipline, and performance updates
- Coordinate office administration, facilities, logistics, internal meetings, and team requirements
- Handle cross-functional issues and resolve inter-department coordination gaps
- Track budgets, vendor payments, recurring expenses, and operational costs
- Coordinate with finance/legal/external consultants for contracts, documentation, and compliance-related matters
- Ensure meetings end with clear decisions, owners, timelines, and follow-ups
- Maintain strong communication between management and department heads
- Improve internal systems, reporting formats, workflows, and execution discipline
