Bond: 1 Year Mandatory

✔ Handle customer coordination for loan processes

✔ Manage bank communication & regular follow-ups

✔ Lead and control the field team to achieve targets

✔ Monitor team performance & maintain discipline

✔ Resolve team queries and provide updates to senior management

✔ Develop new builder tie-ups for business growth

✔ Coordinate potential deals with senior management for closure

✔ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing builders
