Operation Manager

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to take full charge of our multi-site operations. In this role, you will be the main bridge between the business owner and the ground reality. You will not manage laborers directly; instead, you will manage, monitor, and collect reports from our site supervisors to ensure everything runs smoothly, safely, and on time.

Key Responsibilities

Supervisor Management: Hold daily/weekly meetings with site supervisors to track progress and review their reports.

Multi-Site Monitoring: Visit various work sites regularly to audit quality, safety, and progress.

Timeline & Budget Control: Ensure projects at all sites are completed within the deadines and approved budgets.

Problem Solving: Address and resolve any resource shortages, conflicts, or delays escalated by supervisors.

Reporting: Create consolidated weekly reports for the business owner regarding overall progress, expenses, and roadblocks.

Candidate Requirements (Eligibility)

Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in operations management, regional management, or site project management.

Education: Graduate / Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a field relevant to our industry (e.g., Civil/Construction, Retail, Logistics).

Skills: Strong leadership, excellent communication, conflict resolution, and proficiency in MS Excel or project management apps.

Vehicle: Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license for frequent site visits.
