Job Designation: Operations Executive 

Company: Narwana Enterprises OPC Pvt Ltd. (FinChikitsak) 

Total years of experience: 0 to 2 Years 

Job Location: Kharadi, Pune 

Education Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / B.Tech / MBA 

Work Schedule: 10 AM to 7 PM IST. Weekly Holiday on Sunday of every week. 

 Skills Required 

● Effective Communication: Should be able to communicate clearly and confidently with clients. A decent command of spoken and written English is essential. 

● Basic Computer Literacy: Must be comfortable working with computers for tasks such as data entry, form filling, and invoice generation. 

● Attention to Detail: Should demonstrate accuracy in handling MIS entries, form submissions, and database updates. 

● Understanding of Financial Documents: Basic knowledge of GST and invoice processing is preferred. 

● Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain updated records, and meet deadlines efficiently. 

● Professional Attitude: Should be reliable, disciplined, and committed to the role, especially considering the one-year service commitment. 

 Role Description: 

● Maintaining and updating MIS entries 

● Filling various forms as required 

● Generating and handling GST invoices 

● Regularly updating databases to ensure accuracy and completeness
