*JOB DESCRIPTION*

Field Supervisor-

- Adhere to grooming standards set and build brand image

- Planning the call cycle / PJP

- Organizing field team

- Briefing/training field team as per projects

- Managing project timelines / team productivity

- Managing quality of data through scrutiny

- Responding to queries in a timely manner

- Highlighting misappropriations in the field

- Reporting to field manager / project lead

- Managing attendance / expenses / DA

KEY OUTPUT

- Work allocation to team & productivity

- Quality of data through scrutiny & back-check

- Timely reporting & submission by team

- Managing project timelines

CONNECT WITH Sales Officer

- A. Mark self attendance in application

- B. Connect with team & set context

- C. Take note of Absentee / Leave cases

MARKET WORKING

- Meet DSO in-market & work entire day

- Address outlet issues & resolve them

- Identify new potential outlets & onboard them

- Report outlets & distributors' queries to Lead
