Job Description
- Connect with potential customers via calls and explain Insurance Policies, coverage details, key benefits, and available premium options offered by Bajaj Finance.
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable insurance solutions by clearly communicating policy features, pricing, and value proposition.
- Identify genuinely interested customers through effective communication and probing, and accurately tag them as “Interested Leads” in the system.
- Share qualified and interested leads with the respective sales/closing team for further conversion while ensuring proper follow-ups and data accuracy.
