Job Title: Picker/Packer

Job Summary:

Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring products are correctly prepared for dispatch while maintaining warehouse safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Receive and process incoming orders.

Locate and pick items from warehouse shelves according to order lists.

Verify product quantities and quality before packing.

Pack items securely to prevent damage during transit.

Label packages and prepare shipping documentation.

Maintain inventory accuracy and report stock discrepancies.

Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.

Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or scanners (if trained).

Follow company procedures and safety guidelines.

Required Skills

Attention to detail.

Basic reading and counting skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Physical fitness to stand, walk, bend, and lift items throughout the shift.

Teamwork and communication skills.

Familiarity with barcode scanners or warehouse management systems is an advantage.
