About the Role: 

We are looking for a dedicated and driven Partner & Alliance Acquisition professional for our Pune location. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and execution of strategic partnerships and alliances, enabling us to expand our service and product offerings. 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute strategic plans to manage and grow partnerships and alliances.
2. Identify and acquire potential partners in line with the company's strategic objectives.
3. Negotiate partnership agreements that align with the company's goals and objectives.
4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and performance of partnerships.
5. Manage the entire lifecycle of partnerships, from identification and acquisition to management and growth.
6. Develop and maintain strong business relationships with key stakeholders in partner organizations.
7. Conduct regular partner reviews to evaluate partnership performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
8. Keep abreast of market trends and developments to identify new partnership opportunities.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field. MBA preferred.
2. 3-10 years of experience in partnership acquisition or related roles.
3. Proven track record of identifying, negotiating and managing strategic partnerships.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
5. Strong understanding of the market dynamics and competitive landscape.
6. Ability to work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders.
7. Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a passion for building strategic partnerships that drive business growth. They will also have excellent negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain strong business relationships.
