Job Description

  • Conduct site inspections to identify pest infestations
  • Plan and execute pest control treatments (general pest, termite, rodent control, etc.)
  • Ensure safe handling and application of chemicals as per guidelines
  • Supervise and guide field technicians during operations
  • Maintain service schedules and ensure timely job completion
  • Prepare service reports and maintain accurate documentation
  • Address customer queries and suggest preventive measures
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
  • Monitor inventory of chemicals, tools, and equipment
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
  • Focus on service quality and customer satisfaction
