Job Description
Hiring: Property / Coliving Manager – Stayo
Location: Pune
Properties: 2 Properties | Approx. 80 Beds
We are looking for a responsible and proactive Property / Coliving Manager to handle day-to-day operations of Stayo properties.
Responsibilities
• Handle tenant check-in and check-out process
• Explain house rules and onboarding process to tenants
• Manage occupancy and bed allocation
• Handle walk-ins and property visits
• Follow up with leads from calls, WhatsApp and social media
• Follow up on monthly rent payments and dues
• Maintain tenant records and payment updates
• Coordinate plumbing, electrical, internet and repair work
• Supervise housekeeping and cleanliness standards
• Conduct regular property and room inspections
• Handle tenant complaints and issue resolution
• Maintain discipline and peaceful environment in the property
• Coordinate with staff, vendors and service providers
• Share regular operational updates with management
Requirements
• Experience in PG, hostel, hotel or property management will be advantage
• Basic smartphone, WhatsApp
• Hindi/Marathi required
