Job Description
Job Title: Programming Faculty / Computer Trainer
Location: Pune – Dhyari Phata
Experience: 1–5 Years (Freshers with strong knowledge can apply)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate Programming Faculty to train students in programming languages and software development concepts. The candidate will be responsible for delivering quality training and guiding students towards career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach programming languages such as C, C++, Java, Python, or Web Technologies
- Design and deliver lectures, assignments, and practical sessions.
- Guide students in projects, coding practices, and problem-solving
- Evaluate student performance through tests and assignments
- Stay updated with latest technologies and industry trends
- Maintain student records and training reports
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of programming and logic building
- Good communication and teaching skills.
- Ability to explain concepts in simple and practical manner
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle.
Qualification:
- BCA / BSc IT / BE / B.Tech / MCA or related field
