Purpose of the Role
To acquire HNI/Affluent New To Bank (NTB) liabilities relationships (Savings Accounts /
Current Accounts / Deposits) and build stable balances through customer onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
Identify potential catchment areas and conduct marketing activities to generate leads
for HNI/Affluent customers.
Build a database of customer leads through references and personal networking.
Schedule meetings (minimum 7 per day) to understand customer requirements and
present suitable banking products.
Clearly communicate product features, benefits, and required balances/deposits to
customers.
Handle end-to-end account opening processes, ensuring all documents are verified with
originals and kept confidential.
Maintain continuous communication with customers regarding account status and
service enhancements.
Cross-sell additional products such as loans and investment products (HI/GI/LI) to
newly signed-up customers.
Liaise with branch operations and CPCL for timely account opening and sales initiatives.
Regularly update Daily Sales Reports (DSR) and discuss progress with supervisors.

Balance Growth Growth in CASA/TD balances at
M0/M1/M2 stages
Activity Level Minimum 7 new customer meetings per
day
Desired Experience & Qualification
Graduate with 1 to 4 years of experience in liabilities customer acquisition
(HNI/Affluent preferred).
Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
In-depth knowledge of local and surrounding markets.
Profound understanding of products and services tailored for HNI/Affluent segments.
