Job Title: Sr. Sales Executive

Location: Pune (Field-based)

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Performance Incentives

Experience: 1–3 years (Freshers with a technical background are welcome)

About the Role

We are an authorized reseller for 3D Printers, a global leaders in professional SLA. SLS & FDM 3D printing. We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our Pune team. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, demonstrating cutting-edge 3D printing technology, and helping local industries (Automotive, Medical, Engineering) adopt 3D Printing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential clients in Pune’s industrial hubs.
• Client Consultation: Understand the client’s manufacturing pain points and suggest the right product for their applications.
• Sales Cycle Management: Follow up on inquiries, prepare quotations, and close deals under the guidance of the management.
• Market Presence: Visit engineering firms and product design companies to build a strong local network.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Graduate/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Automobile Engineering. (MBA in Marketing is a plus).
• Communication: Fluent in Marathi, Hindi & decent English.
• Tech-Savvy: Basic knowledge of 3D CAD software and interest in 3D printing technology.
• Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler and a valid driving license for client visits across Pune.
• Attributes: High energy, "never-give-up" attitude, and a professional appearance.
