Job Description
We are hiring Collection Executives / Debt Recovery Agents (DRA) for our organization. The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers regarding pending EMIs, overdue payments, and penalties, explaining repayment details, and convincing customers to clear their outstanding dues. The role includes regular follow-ups through calls, maintaining collection records, handling customer queries professionally, and achieving daily and monthly targets. Candidates should have good communication skills in Hindi, English, and Marathi along with basic computer knowledge. Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply. Experience in collections, telecalling, recovery, or customer service will be an added advantage.
