Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Title: Digital Marketing Sales ExecutiveLocation: Pune Experience: 1–3 Years (Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply)

Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Digital Marketing Sales Executive responsible for generating new business opportunities through self-generated leads, client visits, and handling incoming leads. The candidate should be confident in client interactions, presentations, and closing sales.

• Key Responsibilities:Generate new business through self-sourcing of leads (field visits, networking, references, etc.)
• Visit client locations to pitch digital marketing services
• Handle and convert incoming leads and company-provided data leads
• Connect with prospects via calls, meetings, and follow-ups
• Deliver effective sales presentations tailored to client needs
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable digital marketing solutions
• Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain records of leads, conversations, and closures in CRM or reports
• Required Skills:Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, Social Media, Ads, etc.)
• Confidence in face-to-face client meetings
• Sales-driven mindset with negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and in a target-oriented environment
• Preferred Qualifications:Experience in digital marketing sales or related field
• Basic knowledge of online marketing platforms
• Comfortable with field sales and client visits
• Compensation:Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives
