Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, assisting clients in property buying decisions, and closing deals. The role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through calls, site visits, and networking
• Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties
• Arrange and conduct property site visits
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Follow up with prospects to convert leads into bookings
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Maintain records of client interactions and sales activities
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth deal closure

Requirements & Skills

• Minimum qualification: Graduate (preferred)
• Experience in real estate sales is an advantage (freshers can also apply)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Basic knowledge of property market trends
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Salary & Incentives

• Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)
• Incentives: Attractive per booking incentive (no upper limit)
