- Experience in B2B / Retail Sales
- Preferred background: Paints, Waterproofing, Construction Chemicals, Building Materials
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Manage sales operations and drive business growth in the assigned territory
- Develop relationships with contractors, builders, architects, and consultants
- Identify new business opportunities and generate project leads
- Manage and expand channel partner network
- Achieve sales targets and ensure timely collections
- Support influencer loyalty programs and ensure compliance
🔧 Skills Required
- Strong understanding of Project Sales & B2B customer handling
- Technical knowledge of paints and waterproofing products
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
