Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for property inquiries.
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, digital platforms, and references.
- Explain project details, pricing, location advantages, and offers to prospective clients.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads to improve conversions.
- Update and maintain customer data in CRM/software.
- Ensure timely responses to customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for lead management and campaign support.
- Maintain daily call reports and lead status updates.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and site visit targets.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Basic understanding of real estate sales processes.
- Comfortable with calling and lead handling.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
