Role Overview

The Product Manager will lead the vision, strategy, and execution of products designed to address risk management, regulatory compliance, cybersecurity, and financial services challenges. Operating at the intersection of technology, regulation, and finance, this role requires a blend of strategic acumen, technical expertise, and deep understanding of evolving compliance mandates. The Product Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, secure solutions that respond to market demands and regulatory developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for risk, compliance, cybersecurity, and financial services offerings, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and evolving market needs. 
•  Regulatory Analysis: Monitor and interpret relevant regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, SOX, PCI DSS, ISO 27001, KYC), translating requirements into actionable product features and maintaining ongoing compliance. 
•  Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with key internal and external stakeholders—including engineering, legal, compliance, sales, and customers—to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure solution alignment. 
•  Feature Development & Delivery: Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and requirements definition through design, development, testing, and launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality, secure features. 
•  Risk Integration: Embed risk assessment and mitigation strategies into product design, proactively identifying and addressing potential vulnerabilities and threats. 
•  Performance Metrics: Establish, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product success, user adoption, risk reduction, and regulatory compliance. 
•  Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging threats, and competitive offerings to inform product evolution and maintain a leadership position in the market. 
•  Customer Advocacy: Serve as the voice of the customer, ensuring that products deliver tangible value and support clients’ risk management, compliance, and financial objectives.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Business, Finance, or related fields. 
• Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, PMP, or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO). 
• 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on risk, compliance, cybersecurity, and financial services solutions. 
• Experience working in highly regulated industries such as finance, banking, or critical infrastructure. 
• Background in SaaS, cloud security, or enterprise software development.
