Production Engineers [ Fabrication]

1. Process Planning:-

Developing and implementing detailed fabrication methods, including welding, cutting, and assembly processes.

2. Design Interpretation:-

Reviewing engineering blueprints, drawings, and 3D models to create actionable manufacturing instructions. 

3. Quality Control & Safety: Ensuring all components meet strict industry standards and safety regulations, including conducting inspections and Testing.                              

4. Optimizing usage of resources w.r.t. men, material & machines to reduce costs and waste.                                               

5. Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving technical issues that arise during the production process.                                                              

6. Team Coordination: Supervising technicians and collaborating with design engineers to ensure design-for-manufacturability.      

• Skill Required-
• 1. Proficiency in understanding fabrication drawings.                
• 2. Proficiency in CO2 &/Or Argon welding .                                 
• 3. Basic know-how of operating Lathe/Drilling machines.                         
• 4. Ability to fabricate components as per drawings.                             
• 5. Experience in handling team of supervisers/welders/fitters etc.                   
• 6. Prior experience in working on ERP system.                                     
• 7. Proficiency in working on MS Office/Excel/Powerpoint                  
•  8. Ability to work within cross functional teams (CFT) and achieve monthly KPI targets.
