Job Description
As a Production & Inventory Manager, you will be responsible for managing production planning, inventory control, and ensuring the availability of materials required for timely manufacturing and dispatch of machinery. Your role will directly impact efficiency, cost control, and delivery timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage production schedules based on incoming orders and priorities.
- Ensure availability of raw materials and components for uninterrupted production.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain optimal stock to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Coordinate with procurement and vendors for timely material supply.
- Oversee production processes to ensure quality standards are met.
- Implement inventory tracking systems and maintain accurate stock records.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliation.
- Work closely with operations and sales teams for demand forecasting.
- Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce wastage.
