The position demands active communication with various stakeholders to manage expectations, address challenges, and ensure successful outcomes. The role is dynamic, involving coordination across different teams and adapting plans as necessary to meet evolving project needs and organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of project activities to ensure milestones are met effectively.
- Facilitate clear communication channels among stakeholders to promote transparency and alignment.
- Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact on delivery.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering a collaborative environment.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Agile Project Management.
- Strong knowledge of project lifecycle management and delivery frameworks.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and expectation management.
- Skilled in risk identification, assessment, and mitigation within project environments.
- Competence in using project management tools and software to track progress and report status.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Agile Project Management.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
