We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Hire to Retire Operations Specialist to manage and support the end-to-end employee lifecycle processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in hire to retire operations and working knowledge of HRIS tools such as SuccessFactors and ServiceNow.

Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

  • Manage and execute hire to retire processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers, promotions, exits, and retirements.
  • Administer and maintain employee data in HRIS systems, primarily SuccessFactors and ServiceNow, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with HR, payroll, and IT teams to facilitate smooth employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Monitor and track employee lifecycle events and ensure timely completion of all related HR activities.
  • Support the generation of HR reports and analytics related to employee lifecycle metrics.
  • Assist in the configuration and troubleshooting of HRIS tools to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees and managers regarding hire to retire process queries and system-related issues.

Qualification

  • BE/BTech/Master of Business Administration

Experience

  • HR Operations (4+ years)
