Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Collection Recovery Telecaller to manage overdue accounts and ensure timely recovery of payments. The role involves contacting customers, negotiating repayment plans, and maintaining positive customer relationships while achieving recovery targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers for payment reminders and recovery follow-ups

Handle delinquent accounts and ensure timely collections

Negotiate payment terms and repayment schedules with customers

Maintain accurate records of calls and recovery status in CRM systems

Address customer queries related to outstanding dues

Follow company policies and legal guidelines during collection activities

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recovery targets

Escalate unresolved or critical cases to supervisors

Required Skills:

Good communication and negotiation skills

Strong convincing ability

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)

Ability to handle rejection and difficult conversations

Target-driven and self-motivated

Qualifications:

Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred)

Prior experience in collections, telecalling, or customer service is a plus
