Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Residential & Commercial Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team at Foresight real vision pvt ltd. who manage property sales, generate leads, build client relationships, and close deals for residential and commercial properties. The candidate should possess strong communication, negotiation, and market analysis skills to provide excellent customer service. The role focuses on expanding the client base, meeting revenue targets, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The position offers ₹25,000 - ₹50,000 and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong, professional relationships with clients through regular communication.
- Identify client requirements and recommend suitable residential or commercial properties.
- Conduct property site visits and presentations for prospective buyers/investors.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to convert inquiries into sales.
- Monitor industry trends to adapt strategies and stay competitive.
- Provide regular feedback and insights to the management team.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 2 years of experience. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to close deals effectively, and a customer-focused approach are also essential for this role.
