Job Summary:

The Site Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and managing solar rooftop project installation activities at various sites.

The candidate will coordinate with technicians, vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and within timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day solar rooftop installation work at project sites.
• Ensure proper execution of structure, module, inverter, and electrical installation work.
• Monitor site progress and maintain project timelines.
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for material availability.
• Maintain quality standards and ensure work is completed as per company guidelines.
• Ensure safety protocols and PPE usage at site.
• Handle site documentation, attendance, and daily progress reports.
• Coordinate with clients and resolve on-site issues professionally.
• Support testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.
• Report site updates and challenges to management regularly.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma / ITI / Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechan ical, or related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in site supervision or solar project execution preferred.
• Basic knowledge of solar rooftop systems and electrical work.
• Good communication and team handling skills.
• Ability to travel for site visits when required.
• Knowledge of safety practices and site management.
• Basic computer knowledge for reporting and documentation.
• Preferred QualitiesLeadership and problem-solving ability.
• Responsible and disciplined work approach.
• Ability to work under deadlines.
• Positive attitude and coordination skills.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: Rs. 20,000/- to Rs. 25,000/- per month (based on experience and interview performance).
• Travel allowance for site visits (if applicable).

• May require travel within and outside Maharashtra depending on project requirements.
