Job Description
- Promote the Ruby medical healthcare services to corporate clients, docters.
- Develop and maintain relationships with Docters, hospitals and referral partners..
- Handle patient and Docters inquiries related radiology professionally.
- Ensure smooth coordination between patients, doctors, laboratory, radiology, and billing departments.
- Conduct hospital and docters visits daily.
- Follow up with existing docters, hospitals and maintain long-term relationships.
- Assist in organizing health awareness programs, camps, and promotional events.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.
- Support marketing initiatives through social media, brochures, and promotional activities.
- Resolve patient complaints and escalate issues when required.
- Maintain accurate records of corporate clients, referrals, and business development activities.
