Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
The Purchase Executive is responsible for end-to-end Procurement activities like getting MR from Project Engineer, as per Client PO check threshold of quantities, getting rates from Vendors and comparing quotes and get approval from management, Raise PO after getting approval of quotation, material and/or service delivery on time as per PO , supporting documents should be prepare while dispatching material, inward and outward stock register should be maintain sourcing, purchasing, and procuring goods and services necessary for the operation of the organization. This role involves strategic planning, supplier relationship management, and ensuring cost-effective procurement practices while maintaining high quality and timely delivery for respective units. Maintaining all purchase data soft and hard copies
