Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineer, a typical day involves collaborating with a diverse team to design and implement comprehensive solutions that enhance the entire application lifecycle. The role focuses on integrating various components and planning across disciplines to ensure seamless delivery and maintain high standards of quality. Daily activities include executing continuous testing processes, managing automation strategies, and supporting the configuration of data and environments. The position also involves active participation in reviewing code, tracking issues, and contributing to ongoing improvements in testing methodologies to uphold the integrity and performance of software products.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of testing strategies with project goals.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts to support continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
- Analyze test results and provide detailed feedback to development teams to facilitate prompt resolution of defects.
- Assist in the enhancement of testing frameworks and tools to improve efficiency and coverage.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing.
- Experience in designing and implementing automated test frameworks and scripts.
- Strong understanding of continuous testing methodologies and integration with development workflows.
- Ability to configure and manage test environments and data to support various testing scenarios.
- Familiarity with defect tracking and reporting tools to monitor software quality.
- Capability to participate effectively in code reviews and contribute to quality assurance processes.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Automated Testing.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
